For well over 30 years, DSAA has been providing assistance, support and representation to administrators of the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). DSAA is an independent organization of administrators who come from different disciplines, but all have a common interest in education. We represent every level of administrator in the Dallas Independent School District.

The Dallas School Administrators Association is dedicated to championing student success and to protecting the professional and economic interests of campus and central staff administrators employed by the DISD. The Executive Director and the DSAA leadership team have knowledge and experience regarding the state education code, policies and procedures of the Dallas Independent School District and other requirements affecting administrators. We are detail-oriented to assist and protect the rights of the individual administrator when it’s needed. We understand and take pride in the role we play in the Dallas Independent School District.
